وزارة البترول تعلق على بيان نوبل انرجى الأمريكية بشأن تصدير غاز حقول ليفاياثان وتمار لمصر

تعليقاً على البيان الصادر من شركة نوبل أنرجي بخصوص الإتفاقيات المبرمة من قبل شركات خاصة ذات جنسيات مختلفة من أجل تصدير الغاز المنتج من حقول ليفاياثان وتمار إلي مصر .

أكد حمدي عبد العزيز المتحدث الرسمي لوزارة البترول والثروة المعدنية أن الوزارة ترحب بهذه الخطوة الجديدة التي أقدمت عليها الشركات الخاصة القائمة على المشروع التجاري المزمع تنفيذه وتؤكد الوزارة ، وفقا لما جاء بالبيانات الصادرة عنها من قبل ، تعاملها مع أي طلبات أو تراخيص يتم تقديمها من القطاع الخاص وفقا للوائح المطبقة ، وفي ضوء إستراتيجية مصر لأن تصبح مركزاً إقليمياً لتجارة وتداول الغاز ، وتوجه الدولة لتحرير سوق الغاز ، ووضع إطار تنظيمي يسمح لشركات القطاع الخاص بتداول وتجارة الغاز .

وأخيراً في ضوء سعي وزارة البترول لتسوية النزاعات القائمة مع المستثمرين بشروط تعود بالفائدة على جميع الأطراف .

Commenting on the statement issued by Noble Energy in relation to agreements concluded by private companies of different nationalities for the export of gas produced in Leviathan and Tamer fields to Egypt, the spokesman of the Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources Mr. Hamdi Abd EL Aziz confirmed that the Ministry welcomes this new step by the private companies responsible for the commercial project to be implemented. As mentioned in earlier statements by the Ministry, the Ministry will address any requests for authorizations or permits submitted by the private sector in accordance with the applicable regulations , in light of Egypt strategy to become a regional hub for trading of the natural gas , and in view of the State’s orientation towards the liberalization of the gas market , and establishing a regulatory framework which allows private sector companies to trade natural gas , and finally in view of the Ministry’s efforts to settle the pending disputes with investors under terms that are beneficial to all the parties.
