رسميا..وزارة البترول تبدأ غداً الأحد عقد الجمعيات العمومية للشركات الاستثمارية

تنطلق غدا الأحد الجمعيات العمومية لشركات البترول التابعة للقطاع الاستثمارى ، بحضور المهندس طارق الملا وزير البترول والثروة المعدنية وعدد من قيادات البترول المعنيين بالمشاركة،

ووفقا لما ورد لوكالة  أنباء البترول والطاقة ” فإن الموعد نهائى للجمعيات تم تحديدة بشكل قابل للتغير أى وقت وفقا لأجندة المهندس طارق الملا وزير البترول والثروة المعدنية، نظرا لارتباطه بأعمال داخل وخارج مصر قد تتوافق مع يوم انعقاد الجمعيه.

وقالت مصادر أنه من المقرر صرف الأرباح لكل شركة عقب انعقاد كل جمعية عمومية، مشيرة إلى أن الجمعيات قد يستمر عقدها حتى نهاية شهر مارس المقبل.

According to the news agency of Petroleum and Energy, “the deadline for the Assemblies has been changed in a changeable manner any time according to the agenda of the Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources Tareq Al-Mulla, as he is connected to work inside and outside Egypt that may coincide with the day of the Assembly.

Sources said that the profits will be paid to each company after the convening of each General Assembly, noting that the associations may continue to hold until the end of March.
